We will accept merchandise returns that was purchased from All Americna RC within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. If 30 days have gone by since you received the merchandise, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & complete (must include packing slips, manuals, accessories and all other items intact in the original packaging). Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not allowed if the item is used. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue you a refund or we will contact you regarding any issues.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The returns and exchanges are not accepted once the merchandise original packaging is tampered or thrown away. Return or Exchange is possible only if the merchandise is found to be genuinely defective at the point of receiving the item.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and charges for all the orders are non-refundable All returned items are subject of 15% restocking fee.

We do a quality check before shipping the merchandise. If a item is defective when you received the shipment, you can report to us for return for refund or exchange. The returned merchandise that is found to be genuinely defective, we will ship out replacement for free (we pay the shipping cost) and will not charge additional shipping and handling fees.
We will not accept items that have been glued, adjusted, or tampered with from its original form upon arrival. Returned merchandise must be received by us first before processing and shipping out any replacement product or refund the customer. We suggest using a reputable shipping carrier that provides proof of shipment along with tracking information. In the event that a returned package does not make it back to us, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of merchandise throughout the process.
We reserve the right to exchange, replace, or refund money to its customer and not exchange, replace or refund money if we deem that the merchandise has been used, crashed, abused, misused or modified in any form, or has been damaged by water, dust, or other contaminants.
